We hope you love your atworks and handmade paintings from Saaj. All our artworks are made to order for our customers upon purchase, so once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for a change of mind.
We ask you to contact us to ask any questions before purchase is made and we will do our best to address your enquiry.
Please note that due to differences in devices and screen settings, colors may vary slightly. The mockups on our website are only for reference, if you want to take a proper look at our frames, please visit our Art & Frame Info page.
In the event that your artworks are delivered faulty, damaged during shipping, or are different from your original purchase, we will issue a replacement in accordance with your original or new order with equivalent or more order value.
In such scenarios, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@saajdecor.com
We will require photos, unboxing videos (highly recommended) as well as a description of the damage or issue.
Moreover, please double-check that your mailing address has been correctly entered. We will not be able to refund or reship any lost items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
NOTE: Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund, they have no expiry.
Replacement requests will only be accepted in the following conditions:
1. Wrong artwork was shipped to the buyer.
2. The artwork was damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@saajdecor.com. If your request is accepted, we will coordinate with you for a pickup date. Our courier partner will pick up the artwork with its original packaging including the bubble wrap/any other free products that came along with the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
The items are your responsibility till the time it is not picked up by our courier partner.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
International Returns
As everything is made to order, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchange on ordered artworks to customers outside of India.
NOTE: At Saaj, we ensure that the items that you have purchased will be double cross-checked by our team before manufacturing and dispatching to your mailing address. We diligently focus on our quality and services and assure that customer satisfaction will always be our foremost priority.
